We have received some reports from customers
whom have not received email confirmation of their order or have not received
a reply to their email inquiries. Please note that all customers are sent an
automated email order confirmation within 15 minutes of placing their order.
Also, any email inquiries are replied to by one of our representatives in less
than 24 hours. If you have not received an expected communication from A&E
Designs, the most likely cause is that you may be using a SPAM filtering
program provided by your internet service provider. Please check your SPAM
folder.
GUARANTEE
A&E Designs guarantees that all merchandise
will be delivered in perfect condition. If an item shows imperfections or if
we make a mistake on the size and/or color, simply return the merchandise
within 30 days of purchase for an exchange.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
Our Clearance section contains overstocks of
the highest quality. These items are NOT irregulars, damaged or discolored
items or used clothing you would find at a flea market. In order to give all
of our customers an equal opportunity to purchase these products, we must
limit each item to a quantity of one per customer. No returns on clearance
items.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped via UPS Ground and/or US Postal Service. Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and
destination. Handling fees will also apply. All customers receive an email confirmation with tracking number
when their order ships (provided that you typed your email address correctly and are not using an email filtering program).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
A&E Designs ships to many Eurpoean countries. Additional charges for
packaging materials, insurance and labor will apply. If you have any
questions regarding out of country shipping costs, please contact us BEFORE
you place your order. A&E Designs will not assume responsibility for duties or
customs charges some foreign countries may apply. For international orders, we
use US Postal Service Airmail exclusively.
PERSONAL CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS
A&E Designs gladly accepts personal checks and money orders. Orders will not
be processed until checks clear (up to 2 weeks).
BILLING
We carry over 2,000 designs which can be
printed on many different sizes and garments. Each order is manufactured
according to the customer's exact specifications and therefore falls under the
category of "Custom Work". For this reason, all customers are billed BEFORE
work is initiated. All companies who handle "Custom Work" operate in this
manner. We are more than happy to accept checks or money orders if you are not
comfortable using a credit card over the internet.
RETURN POLICY
Customer is responsible for shipping charges
on returns (unless the mistake is ours). If you are not satisfied with the
quality of any product, or wish to exchange an item for a different color or
size, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase to the address
below. If the items are simply not working for you, you may return them for store credit. You will receive a form with complete instruction with your order
