Def Leppard is an English rock band formed in 1977. The band consists of Joe Elliott (vocals), Phil Collen (guitar), Vivian Campbell (guitar), Rick Savage (bass), and Rick Allen (drums). Def Leppard is one of the most successful rock bands of all time, with over 100 million records sold worldwide.

The band's sound is a mix of hard rock, glam metal, and pop rock. Their most successful albums include Pyromania (1983), Hysteria (1987), and Adrenalize (1992). Def Leppard has had numerous hit singles, including "Photograph", "Pour Some Sugar on Me", "Love Bites", and "Armageddon It".

Def Leppard has been nominated for two Grammy Awards and has won numerous awards, including the Ivor Novello Award for International Achievement. The band has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the UK Music Hall of Fame. They continue to tour and record new music, and their latest album, The Story So Far, was released in 2018.
